The hiring and application process is in English. There are employees at Amazon who speak a different language, but have some basic English skills. So far I have come across employees who speak Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, ASL, Mandarin and Cantonese. Once you are hired, the employees are really friendly and will help you. I learned a lot of Spanish working here. Hope this helps ~ <3
