I don't see many people working I this warehouse but the security company is on point if you look in their spectrum they rush you I normally walk that street this place is on and the security officer b busted a U turn to catch up to me like I was entering how house it's cool if I had been but I take my walls were there's hardly any traffic and that street happens to. Be cleared from traffic daily so he needs to chill for a second and overfeed not risk people this indirect way

Did they finally clean this place up? Hope so, it was a dump when I was there "management" had no clue what they were doing lol hope they cleaned up that too

I love going to Dollar Tree. I applied because there are openings for the second shift. I was pretty excited to see the behind the scenes. Once I made it to orientation, however, the employee handbook stated that due to their Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) they do not pay the 9th and 10th hours in their 4/10 schedule as overtime. I was not aware that this was even a thing. I have worked at other facilities (ex. Walmart) where they definitely pay those 2 hours as overtime. I was able to look up the policy on the California website, we learn something new every day. This situation wouldn't really work out for me because I would rather come in one more day and not be stressed out with 10 hour shifts without the overtime benefit. It may work out for a lot of other people, however. Just posting in case some future empoyees are not aware of the pay (I wasn't until I paid attention to the handbook). Burlington warehouse on Mill is also hiring, btw. They pay 17.
