Love this office, hate state farm. I've been a customer of Bill Beaty's office for almost 3 years now and my agent Jennifer is the only reason I've decided to stay with State Farm. Jennifer has been very helpful in every situation I've had, ranging from my multiple vehicle changes to helping with my car accident I had back in 2013. State Farm on the other hand, I'm constantly having to argue with because my rate keeps going up unexpectedly and I'm frequently having to work with Jennifer to find ways to keep it down. The staff in the office are so kind, its for that very reason why I keep coming back! Thanks Bill Beaty's Office!

After leaving another Tallahassee State Farm agent last year for a host of agent screwups, and going into two new State Farm offices last year to interview agents and seeing what seems like offices that make it on volume and heavy sales calling not customer service I.... My daughter and I on separate policies switched to Progressive - WHAT A MISTAKE - when she went from a 1994 Mustang to a 2013 Ford Fiesta her insurance went from $1200 to $3000 a year.... with no other changes in her driving record and a great credit score. After a lot of searching around we found State Farm to have the best online quote. So I was back to finding a decent agent in Tallahassee (I have had 3 State Farm agents retire since moving to Tallahassee 5 years ago and have had State Farm for 25 plus years) So I walked into Bill Beaty's office and sat down with Jennifer Allen and could not have been happier, Jennifer has been selling Insurance for 15 years and it was obvious, she quickly was able to pull up our online quote, address a few problems by call to State Farm corporate, and was able to get my daughters insurance down to $1500 a year with better coverage than we had at Progressive that costed TWICE AS MUCH ($3000), My daughter was ECSTATIC and relieved, I was so happy I switched my policy as well back to State Farm and Jennifer was able to get my "Good Driver/Accident Free" discount from my old policy over to my new insurance. It was a whole $16 more a year total for my two vehicles than Progressive, but a cheap price to pay for 5 Star Service and not to have to deal with the idiots at Progressive. THANKS JENNIFER .... I can and will highly recommend you !!!!!

The fact that I'm bothering to write a review is testament to State Farm really standing out as a terrible Agency experience. Bill Beaty’s State Farm reached out to me to come back to State Farm. I was insured with State Farm for 15+ prior to moving to Florida and cancelled my autos and umbrella because they no longer wrote homeowners in the state. Well, they called me up to get me to switch back, touting all their coverages and options. Promising me all those slick salesperson promises. All I had to do was get a 4 point inspection preferably through their contracted company. Now 2 weeks later, auto premium collected, $100+ dollars paid for home inspection and after taking a morning off work, State Farm has cancelled my policy. The experience has not been an easy one. I'd go so far as to even call it "horrendous" and "dreadful," not words you'd typically associate with a good company. Thanks Bill Beaty’s State Farm office, for wasting my time and money. I was solicited by your office, you reached out and called me and because you didn’t bother to do your due diligence, I am now scrambling to find new insurance. I would NOT recommend these guys to anyone. If you purchase insurance through their office, cancel your existing policy slowly. So if you get screwed over, you don’t have to go back and beg your old agent to be reinstated. Considering how scary it is to go uninsured or to rely on unreliable insurance, it will be a great day when I can find an insurance agency I can trust.
