My Grandma is at Shady Knoll Health Center and has lost 30lbs. She rings the bell and no one comes to help her. An employee has complained about the patients (" I hate this floor") in front of my grandma. This is the saddest place. I wish my grandma was receiving the type of care she deserves.

Place is absolutely terrible, if you actually love your loved ones you wouldn’t send them here. Don’t believe me just take a tour of the filthy place and you’ll realize how dirty it is and how theres barley any nursing staff watching the residents, even ask the sane residents how they like the place and they’ll tell u just how bad it is. PLEASE dont send anyone u love here this place is a joke of a nursing home

Let me start by saying,I’ve been in a few of these health centers because of my condition and on many occasions I was totally disappointed.But this time I choose shady knoll .My experience here has been unbelievable from the day I first got here I was treated special this is the way everyone is treated.

We do allow smoking outside of our center (in designated areas) for visitors and residents. Resident smoking is at designated times.
