Yes, there is.
I don't think they use hoopla.
Today is a holiday for the library. The library is always closed on Mondays, so when Monday is an official holiday, the library staff is given Tuesday as a paid holiday. Therefore, the library is always closed the Tuesday after a Monday holiday.
It is best to call them and ask the library.
I know if you want to you can ask at the front desk, they give you an entire list so yeah
