This was my first visit to this store which followed a very frustrating visit to Home Depot in Copiague Long Island. I needed 3 items that Home Depot did not have in stock after walking all over the store. I went to a local ACE I had not yet visited. I went inside and asked a stock clerk where I could find what I needed an in less than 5 minutes I had what I needed.

Waste of time, online sale for item only? Why can't you walk into a store and buy anything anymore? Two store same excuses, online only deal! So you pay people to tell you to go home, to order online, only to go back to store to pick it up! Yeh that saves time, money, & gas. Thanks for not having what I need....Home Depot & Lowes will have it.
