I witnessed a huge disagreement between a customer service person and an irate customer who was threatening physical harm to the customer service employee. IT took 5 employees to restrain the customer. All this happened in front of the store manager who did nothing to protect either person. He should have called the police to get a report. Also should have told employee to go home after that especially since after the situation desecrated she continued on her rants like a Lunatic for at least 15 minutes. A pathetic display of unproffessionalism by all parties
