Eric is a gentleman in dealing with LI Awnings. He is helpful and kind and gives advice on what awning material will best match the color of the house with no pressure involved. The installers Matt and Brendon were professional and completed the installation with care. They cleaned the awning frame back to its original state. They cleaned up expertly and left the deck and backyard area like they found it. As a repeat customer, It was a pleasure doing business with LI Awning once again.

As good as it gets. Appointment scheduled 8-9 am. Got here at 8 am. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Came out perfectly. The best company to use. Thanks again!!!

Starting from Eric coming to give me an estimate, polite and professional. Explained entire process thoroughly. Awning came earlier then promised. Ryan and Paul installed the awning. Both were polite and professional. Installation was done very neatly. Cleaned up everything. Ryan explained operating the unit. Adjusted and leveled the unit to my satisfaction. Provided extra battery for remote and touch up paint for the frame. I am absolutely happy with my new awning. Thank you ! Would highly recommend them.

I love my awning! Long Island Awnings is the best…from the sale to the installation. They are very professional and did a fantastic job installing the awning and the clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

We do not my apologies.

Hi I was wondering if the scalloped balance is suppose to be taken off for the winter or does it matter. The club I belong to takes it off in the winter. Just want to go the right thing. Love my awning and don’t want it ruined. Thank you.

Marge, it is optional to take the valance off, I could add a few years to its life if you are in a high wind area!
