Worst Place ever I had a appointment at 8:15 and it’s now 11 am and they still haven’t called me!!! Why do you have 10 people scheduled at 8:15 !!! 3 hours later I’m still waiting !!! I’m done I’ll go somewhere else!!!! Okay this is what I was told it’s the Dr who sets up the appointment and tells you what time to get here lol I I guess the receptionist job is to just sit there and look pretty and the doctors are the ones who make the appointments and the times to come in really Nice way to pass the blame on to the doctor and the receptionist have no accountability 🤬🤬🤬😂 Update went back for check up and was told I was at the wrong place!!! Eye surgery is in one place and the next day your sent to a different office This place has no idea what they are doing!!! I’m not even going to come back for the other Eye I’m going to atlawl l eyecare center this office is completely incompetent !! I was told I could fill out a comment card Okay I filled it out and when I went to put it in the comments box it was completely filled!! I couldn’t get it in when I said that the box was filled and I couldn’t even get my card in I said so this is how much you care about your comment box that you don’t even empty it to read them she said we emptied every week and Friday I said well today’s Tuesday and it’s completely filled you should probably check this daily if you’re getting this many comment cards I ripped it up and stuffed it in the box because obviously they don’t read them ! Beware of this place ! And YES YOU CAN SHOP AROUND you don’t have to go here for your eye surgery there’s plenty of other places that aren’t this incompetent and send you to different offices to get your eye surgery when you can go to Atwal and others everything‘s done in the same office you’re not driving from one end of the town to the other to have this procedure done in two different offices . Incompetence at its finest !!! No wonder they only have 3 stars 🤬🤬
