They dont talk to u. 1 of my 7 supervisors actually gave me advice Once, The others, including the RAT just talk, talk and talk, waiting for parts, of course you can try and get in on it but there's Risk. Get a Real Job.

Terrible customer service. After purchasing an item based on the product photos and receiving a different item than expected, I reached out asking for a return label to have the correct item sent instead. They just said they don't provide return labels and the return is at my cost, then ignored my 2 follow-up emails asking where I asked for consideration since it wasn't my fault. If they treat their customers this badly, I can't trust their products either. Cannot recommend.
