Mark Hayes is a terrible businessperson. He doesn't care about finding you a qualified construction employee. We went through multiple candidates from him and none of them were qualified, vetted, interviewed or anything else. One person literally said they answered a Craigslist ad and the next day were sent directly to our jobsite before ever going into the Construction Trades Staffing office to be interviewed or given a background check. What are we paying for if they are not going to do the actual work it takes to find a qualified & vetted employee? It's not worth paying an extra $10-20 an hour for a potential employee I can easily find the exact same way. We trusted them and gave multiple chances and they failed. Instead of working with us on the bill that they racked up for us with unqualified man hours, they demanded full payment and went on to slander my company on multiple review sites like google and facebook. All because they couldn't perform the job that they were supposed to do. Shame on you Mark Hayes. Shame on you. (PS Mark Hayes also gave his own company 5 stars, just like I did, but he made sure to call me out on google reviews for doing the exact same thing he did.)
