Best pet store in WNY, maybe even in all of NY state! The owners, who are brothers and have run the store for decades, are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell. Prices are competitive with what you find online, but shopping at this store, you can make more informed choices with your purchases bc they can answer all your questions, and you're supporting a locally-owned business! They even have a website store where you can order ahead for pickup, or local delivery. If you purchase the same products over and over, you'll appreciate their rewards program. And they've added a pet grooming/bathing station in the back where you can easily wash your dog for a nominal fee. Nice fish selection, terrific pet accessory products, and the best quality food at competitive prices - free parking in the back!!

Elmwood Pet Supplies only sells fish. They do not sell other kinds of pets. NEVER buy a dog from a pet store. Very often, these dogs come from puppy mills or other unscrupulous suppliers. If you want a purebred, contact. The American Kennel Club for a list of responsible breeders or Rescue organizations. If you are not looking for specific characteristics, a shelter pet is also a great option.

They sell fish but not small animals. They have an adoption space up front for cats but no gerbils, chinchillas, etc
