It's only accessible to the residents. They charge $30 per person if you are a non-resident, basically they discourage outsiders to visit this park.

Looks beautiful from the gate, but accessible only to residents, otherwise you must pay a $30 per person fee, and need to go to into town to purchase tickets. My son 5yrs old would need to pay full price. What a "free" country this is. A family of 5 has to spend $150 to go to the park for the day? No thank you. One star, just because I can't leave less and the park really seemed so pretty. What a pity.

The park is a private park for New Milford residents only. So if you are out of town, save yourself the trip and don't come. Highly disappointed .

New milford residents and you need to buy pass from town. Cannot buy at park.
The beach is currently closed, only boat launch, kayak rack and dock renters can access the park, and for this things only.
