I've been a loyal customer at smokehouse restaurant but the service has gotten horrible and some of the staff are very rude... You try to support the small business in the area, but evidently it's not appreciated... smh

They are very nice the wait is bananas but the good is good the staff is respectful and the place is clean parking is a problem depends on time of day and day of the week.

The amount of time you have to wait to get a meal is beyond ridiculous. They need to do better with the wait time. I called a head of time, 40 minutes to be exact, came there and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes.
