If I could give 0 stars I would. I verbally approved a 300 charge for service (165 for their service call plus extra incase it was a pump issue per the man i spoke with) and asked to be called for any approval above that. They did not call and charged over 700 to "snake a 20' drain". The gentleman's excuse was that they can't call to approve anything as they are servicing the filter/pool. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

very poor service from the owner...who tells a customer to shut up while they are talking...owner always Interrupts you while speaking...would NOT recommend brothers pool to anyone
