My professional association -- the Massachusetts Association of Vocational Administrators (MAVA) -- just held its annual planning retreat here and we were very pleased. Laura Hume, the Director of Sales for the Devens Complex, bent over backwards to accommodate us. We will be returning next year.

The food was a ten. A special thanks to the staff members whose names I recall: Steve, Anthony, and Sarah. Without a doubt, the most professional wait staff I've ever encountered. There will be cheesecake for everyone.

We've had our annual customer conference here for the last few years. The staff is incredibly hard working and accomodating. Compared to other venues our customers and our team have enjoyed the warm yet professional feel of the halls. The catered food was also quality.

I have actually worked at the Devens Center Banquet Facility, twice now, through a temp agency and I really wish I lived closer bc I would love to be a part of their team on a permanent basis. Steve, Tony and Olivia are extremely fair, respectful and professional towards their employees, but at the same time... They still know how to laugh and have a little fun at work. The customers their have been very pleasant and fun to work with. It's a lot of work, but I have had a great experience there both times I have worked there.
