Positive: Room and hallways were clean. Location of hotel was off beaten path and had restaurants within walking distance Negative: Nights were very loud. We had to keep our TV on all night to drown out the sounds of kids running through the halls and dogs barking.

Positive: Very clean. Quiet. good internet. Good beds. Nice towels. Fridge and microwave are clean and work. Negative: No coffee in the morning? The rooms are dark. The drain in the bathroom was clogged the second time I stayed. Intrusive housekeeping-- their schedule is more important than yours. But-- see above. Everything is clean.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. But I am giving 5 stars because of kindness and courtesy of the staff I interacted with. This team goes above and beyond to ensure its guests are satisfied. I left an important item at the hotel and Jennifer was so attentive, supportive and made sure my item was shipped back to my home. Truly outstanding.
