We’ve been shopping here for a few years mainly to support the this little operation. This morning was the worst experience I’ve ever had here! I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. Employee acted as if we were putting her out with a simple request to purchase some pet food and then pay for it. No greeting of hello when we walked in just looks of disgust from this same employee. I get we all have bad or off days, but this was ridiculous. Maybe working in customer service is the wrong field for this person. Guess we will head back to the big box store or chewy.com.

Went here for the first time today and left with a new sweet rat to add to my mischief. Hannah was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish there was a location closer to me! Thanks again!

The staff here was super helpful and helping me pick out stuff for the dog I was totally out of lost trying to figure out what to get and as it turns out the thing she gave me the dog loves and has not cheated up yet so absolutely wonderful staff thank yall

Very nice shelter. Great staff. Has a little donation center in lobby where donated items are available (varies but toys, leashes, collars, halters, balls, etc). Pick what you need and leave a donation at the counter as you exit.
