HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They never answer the service department phone. They have had my car almost 8 weeks and have yet to touch the car. I have stopped in many time to check the status of my car and each time they tell me they will work on it tomorrow. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DON'T GO HERE!!!!

First the good; the workers there are fantastic. The dealers, servicemen, supervisors, leaders, and various workers are great people…. I haven’t met a bad seed in my 13 years as a customer there. However, it saddens me to say, I can not recommend this dealership or Ford as a brand. Overall both Ford and it’s individual dealerships have some glaring flaws. Irritating ones. Ford seems disorganized, out of touch, greedy, and lost. With no direct buying from Ford Inc. as I was hoping when I ordered my most recent Ford SUV in 2020/2021, I had to select a individual dealership. Ok. So I went with Scarsdale Ford. Two years of unknown eta’s and little answers…..the car finally arrived this past week. It wasn’t to the quality I was expecting. But what was worse, was the surprise $2k market adjustment dealership cost thrown at me once it arrived. Infuriating. Two cars this year from them, $4k the first car off the lot, $2k on this one which was a special order. Truly angered me and was heart breaking. In my opinion, a completely unethical business practice. I mean what could I do? I waited two ridiculous years for this car to arrive…. Now they say theirs a $2k upcharge…. Will I just walk away after two years?? Maybe some would, not me though. The vehicle has common rattles and quality is lacking to be honest. I have informed them of these issues, but getting little reply with care or solutions to rectify these known issues. To summarize, with super long waits to get your car you order while conceding some important options I really loved just to get the car built, the quality issues, and surprise dealership mark ups on top of the sticker price….. I can’t in honesty recommend this dealership, or Ford as a whole, to anyone I care about. It’s close to awful.
