Buyer beware Found a car on the website filled out the cash price template and it gave me a cash price and offered a $500 dollar off coupon on any vehicle. After checking with salesman and confirming the price he brought out the paperwork and they had tacked on an additional $3300 to the price. After questioning the price they showed me fine print stating they add to a cash deal because they do not make as much money on a cash deal. They do not get the interest. That is unacceptable at so many levels. Now the salesman brings out a manager and he acts like he is doing me a favor by taking the $3300 dollars off but now said he can not give us the $500 off. I should have walked away but agreed to purchase the car. They delivered the car and there was only one set of keys when the car was advertised with two. Again I get excuses that it was posted wrong and they only had one set. A month goes by and a 1000 miles and the the ac quit. Take it in for repair and they said it would be a $100 deductible to fix it. This car had 29000 miles and should be covered. They told me if I took it to a Hyundai dealer it would be covered under warranty. I took it to another dealer and they asked what I paid for the vehicle and they said I was over charged and could have bought a new one for $1000 more and the car has been painted and maybe in a accident when the car fax said no accident or body repair. And was rated above average. Will not be buying anymore vehicles from here.

Gary Yeomans Honda investigated a tire problem which another service provider said there was no problem despite recurrence of the issue. The original diagnosis from Gary Yeomans was we can’t find a problem so it must be OK. When I reiterated the history and said that it just had to be a problem because it keeps going flat they took a look at it again very carefully and very detailed and found that it was a very small hole caused by a very thin nail in the deeper tread. They fixed the problem and three days later there’s been no recurrence from something that was recurring after six hours each time it was remounted. Since they had to go back a second time they did not charge us for the service. Additionally we had a problem with the alignment of the door which is identified to a bolt installed with a mudflap. Quick diagnosis and quick fix. And additionally no charge. They fixed very subtle issues, were transparent and professional throughout and actually listened when we explained that their original diagnosis could not be correct. This openness led to an ability to identify and fix the problem and to a very happy customer.

My windows (all 4) opened on their own Friday night and my 2018 CR-V got drenched. I see that this also happened to a guy in Ohio. Is Honda aware of some computer/software problem that would have caused this? I have set the "window lock" mechanism.
