I highly recommend BMW of Greenwich for every human being on the planet looking for a great BMW who is also seeking world-class customer service! The reason for my recommendation is specifically because of finance professional Marc and sales professional Tia. I would give both Marc and Tia 5000 stars on Google if I could. They worked very closely with me to help me get into the BMW that I wanted and I am extremely appreciative of all the hard work both of them did for me. Lastly, I am beyond happy with the incredible ultimate driving machine of my BMW 330i! My car is absolutely beautiful and give me the best of both worlds running with the nimbleness and fast pickup of a sports car with the grounded and safe feel of a luxury car. I’ve owned it for less than a week and I have had numerous people stop me and comment about the car and its beauty. Thank you again, Marc, Tia and everyone at the BMW team in Greenwich. While everyone was very nice and knowledable BEFORE we bough our X3, I haven't been able to get anyone to return my emails, texts or calls since. I still haven't received my registration that they were supposed to send to me. DMV says it was processed nearly three weeks ago. My temp plates expire in 4 days, and I can't get anyone to address my problem.

Giving 3 stars The car is nice Recently my husband and I purchased 2017 X3BMW for our son I drive 1 hr to view car and test drive it nice car drove nice My husband wasn’t present at the test drive however we decided on purchasing it. Very easy to do. I asked making sure full inspection would be done before purchase and was reassured by our sales guy. My husband drove another hr to pick the car up and it was fine 2 days later turn light issue still trying to figure out.says malfunction later no washer fluid you would’ve thought they’d fill it the amount of money we paid for the car. Week later tire air issue Hatch doesn’t go up all the way sometimes Oil light on now. Then emission is due I thought all was to be inspected before sale was completed guess we were wrong. Now we will take time out for repairs add ons etc and emissions. Alittle disappointed would’ve thought full inspection and emissions would’ve been completed before handing us the keys. I’m hoping no other issues arise. Wouldnt be shopping here again Before purchasing and before leaving with car strongly recommend full inspection of car and repairs being made. Little things like this add up to bigger things. Lacking in customer service
