Went in recently for routine oil change & tire rotation - shortly thereafter car wouldn’t start- roadside service jumped us & went to Parsell’s -battery just replaced in Feb. They thought we needed alternator & got us in just 2 days later for repair. Jim (owner) told us after a “deeper dive” into our particular car brand indicated we didn’t need the alternator. And after spending about an hour on our initial visit & about 1/2 hour when we thought we were getting repair, we were sent home with no repair needed & NO CHARGE for all the time they spent diagnosing!! We did not believe this level of service was even a possibility in this day & age! Parsell’s has been in business since 1945 so I’m thinking maybe Grandfather to Son to Grandson. We hope they stay in business for years to come - incredible work ethic & customer service! 5 stars!
