Todd is the worst store manager I have ever interacted with. He is a flat out liar and I can't imagine how much business he has cost this store. I will never be doing business with Bass Pro Shop again because of the horrible customer service. Employees are lazy and management is dishonest...but Todd and how he treated me is the main reason. Bass Pro Shop, be smart and fire Todd. In regard to the Bass Pro Shop response: I have already contacted corporate and am awaiting a callback from a Regional Director. I have neen This experience was so bad I will never shop at either Cabelas or Bass Pro Shop ever again. I am excited to see what action corporate takes and kay adjust my review accordingly. As a result of Todd at the Bridgeport store, four hours of my time have been wasted and I have been treated with complete disrespect. Bass Pro Shop, if you truly care about my experience, have the Regional Director call me. I have my own corporate team to manage but this was so bad I am willing to take as much time as needed to speak with Bass Pro Shop leadership.

You dont have to be outdoorsy to go there, the sunset from the observation deck is worth the trip up the freestanding elevator.

Same as just about everywhere in CT and NY, mandatory mask, keep your distance, store population kept within guidelines, and at Bass Pro specifically there is a greeter that checks you in if possible and during the week I doubt you will find any lengthy line at the door but maybe there is a chance of one if they have a great sale or finally get a restock of ammunition some how. Hope this helps you and I should note that both BPS and Cabela's hire nice staff that friendly even if they aren't as knowledge as you would expect. The only downside is that they like every other outdoor sports retailer in this country are experiencing major inventory maintainence issue in every area but clothing and maybe camping supplies because of the COVid crisis and logistical issues that are getting even bigger at the moment just so you know what to expect if you do go to shop in person.

The train stops by the Harbor Yard Arena. You can walk to Bass Pro Shop or take a short taxi ride. The store is right off of rte 95.
