I went to rent a Nifty Lift, I never hit the machine, at the moment when I returned it, they told me the machine got hit on the metal bars around the basket, THEY NEVER TOLD ME TO INSPECT THE MACHINE BEFORE THEY HANDED IT TO ME. They’re are scammers, I’m a woman and they took advantage of my inexperience. I got scammed with $716 for the repair. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITH NO ONE!! Don’t do any busses with those guys.
