My husband and I having been going here for 20 years. They recently changed ownership and still the amazing experience we've come to expect. Last night I called 15 minutes before closing, ran up there and fixed my tire tube on the fly. We got a bike ride in before it got dark. I'm very appreciative! In the spring I'll bring my bike up for a tune-up.

Amazing customer service! Greasy place to take your kid for their first real bike! I will be back for more. Excellent experience, their team made it easy, painless and quick! They know their products and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! Don’t waste time anywhere else! Hands down they were 5 stars!

Some 30 some years ago I walked into Trek Bicycle, ( then: Adams Cyclery), and walked out with my first "real" bike. When talking to the sales staff, you discover quite quickly that they are, not only experts on every product they sell, but very knowledgeable about the bicycle industry as a whole. The Trek mechanics are experts and know their products well. They are able to diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Their head mechanic, Darren, is well known to serious bicyclist on Long Island and is considered one of the best with over 30 years of experience. Since my first Trek 750 Hybrid purchase, I have purchased nine other Trek's. An aluminum road bike, my two children's bicycles and my wife's aluminum and carbon bikes from Trek. Not to mention all the accessories. More recently I bought a higher end Trek 5.2 road bike. Its a trust thing, I guess. I have always been steered in the right direction. Today, I still ride my 30+ year old hybrid. My wife enjoys riding hers and my kids bikes have been handed down to a younger generation. My advice to anyone looking to buy a bicycle, is to do yourself a favor and stop in to Trek Bicycles, East Northport for a good education and friendly conversation.
