If you need an appliance serviced and want to wait a week to be told the appointment is between 8am-5pm and no one ever come, not contact you to tell you they are not coming, and the online agents stop communicating with you or all together tell you they aren't coming today, sorry" than this place is for you! All they did was reschedule 2 weeks later with the same time frame. What a customer service experience! Rip you off and make excuses assuming you get anyone at all. UPDATE: It’s almost 10pm. When I called and complained I was told two different times that I would get a response back in 30 - 45 minutes about moving up the appointment from 2 weeks now. No surprise I never heard anything which is on par with the rest of the communication. Which should have been at the latest at 6pm tonight. Interesting the owner has time to reply to my bad review but that seems like the only time there’s actual communication on their behalf. Like I said, if you’re interested in wasting your time this is the place for you.

My central A/C issue was diagnosed by Luis from Sears last Monday and he ordered the part and returned today to replace the part. He was prompt and absolutely amazing. Thanks Luis C.

Impossible to actually get someone on the phone who can actually help you with an issue , going months without a working refrigerator because they refuse to help when a part was unavailable
