Service was fine, and the cleanliness and sleep quality was fine as well, but this place gives off the vibes of an old hotel that has been given a fresh coat of paint, and some issues have seeped through the cracks. Don't pick this hotel if you're looking for a classic family vacation destination, as there is no pool and no complimentary breakfast. (But you can pay for breakfast items at the onsite cafe or use the fitness center that seems to have replaced what was a pool area.) Some small complaints are the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the mowing starting at 8:30am Monday morning. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the poor quality of the mini fridge. Not only was it impressively small, but it barely generated its own cold. We had to put a bag of ice in there with our food to make sure it wouldn't go bad, which was inconvenient due to the aforementioned lack of space.

We were told they had a pool online where we bought the tickets they did not it was a bummer a pool is what we wanted the rest was fine not what we wanted

I had traveled for my nephew’s hockey tournament - this was a host hotel and where the team/my brothers family was staying. I was pleasantly surprised by the room - two full beds and a separate tv area with pullout couch -and walkout access to the courtyard- especially for the rate I paid. It was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. The staff was phenomenal - friendly and eager to help, even though understaffed with all the activity going on...rare to find this good of customer service lately. I was treated as a guest! The lobby had good small-group gathering spots so parents could get together yet still social distance; and the courtyard was great for allowing the boys to hang out and let off steam.

We stayed here with a hockey group. Outdoor space was great and glad some teammates brought yard games for the kids. Was surprised there was no pool, but really don't mind that. Nice walking paths nearby too. Staff at starbucks nook would have been nice for specialty coffee. Front desk you could tell was not fond of working that. Location great to shopping and nice restaurants
