This used to be my go to gym. I am frustrated at the lack of staff on weekends and no one there at the desk or anywhere to be seen.

Club is going down hill. No one at front desk at 6am. Just walk in. Several TV's not working. No News programs to be found. Went this am and left after 5 mins. Disappointed for sure!

You can visit the location and simply sign a cancellation document with the staff. Takes less than five minutes. Make sure that you are going to the club you signed up at because they are all independently owned and operated!
The South Yarmouth location has brand new tanning beds and booths now!
The best option is to call them and discuss these details with them. Its pretty inexpensive.
