Don’t speed up the conveyor just because you’re busy. I’m just going to have to go through again. Set the speed to do a good job all the time not just when you’re not super busy. It’s a false economy.

I hardly try to write bad reviews. However, this place needs better equipment if they are going to be charging a certain fee a month per vehicle. I had three different memberships all with the highest plan offered. I decided to cancel my membership this week due to the lack of cleaning. I gave the company at least 6 months to show change and there hasn’t been any. So, I decided to just cancel my membership. Honestly, save your money. You’re best off washing your own car with water and removing more of the stains/dirt than this service will ever do. And yes, I tried different Mister Car Wash locations and nothing seemed to work. I think this location was the only one that actually provided good customer service and was closer to my home. Once again, save your money if you can. I will not continue to give this company my $90+ a month for my three vehicles. Thank you.

The left brushes don't make good contact with smaller cars. They might be OK with larger cars, SUV's, or trucks.

Average price, satisfactory wash. Vacuum suction was a little low and there aren’t enough spaces to detail your car when it’s busy. Attendant was friendly.
