We had ordered a few days earlier from Habit on Sierra College and Douglas Blvd. It was fabulous. So we ordered from Habit on Pleasant Grove it was awful. The fries were limo and the burger buns got soggy. They need to do a better job. We would recommend Habit on Sierra College and Douglas Blvd. We would give them 5 stars.

Worst experience ever. We ordered through the app for pick-up, but my husband didn’t realize the pick-up time was ASAP. We also could never find a comment field for the orders (my 18 month old has a severe peanut allergy). We tried canceling the order and calling without any luck. You can’t cancel or edit pick-up time or call the location. When we got there 30 minutes later, my husband explained, and they refused to remake our food for us. It was all ice cold and soggy. They also said they “100% guarantee” the allergy portion. That’s a big claim for a toddler who would have to use an epi-pen if they weren’t telling the truth. They should have remade our food with the proper allergy precautions. Also, my kid’s 5 piece chicken nugget meal was all small crispy bits of breading. At least there was one big nugget?! I want a refund.

After my wife and I were visiting family in the Rocklin area, when we spotted one of our favorite restaurants, The Habit. This location was clean, and the staff members were friendly. The restaurant was near capacity when we placed our order, yet we did not have to wait long. As all ways, the burgers were good. I love the Santa Barbara burger.
