It was post Mother’s Day and my daughter told me that I would be receiving some flowers. Monday to be exact!I got really excited,but when the bouquet with the balloons finally came I got even more excited,that was until I opened up the plastic wrap around my bouquet.I was literally shocked! My rose was decayed 😢along with many other wilted flowers and dry crunchy leaves.Im really surprised that a reputable florist would deliver an old bouquet to someone on such a special day.I’m so disappointed with this company because they ruined my Mother’s Day.

We come here few times a year for special occasions or anything really . And ordered a birthday arrangement and everything was great! We asked for a certain color cup and they delivered it early and before the given time, which still worked! Had it delivered to recipients work address and was worried it wouldn't go to the right dept because it's a big parking lot of "depts." A surprise nonetheless and she loved it! I would suggest coming here for anything you need and confirming everything maybe the morning of, when it's being assembled so no mistakes can happen!

Almost embarrassing… I walked in and asked for my order, he gave me 1 of 4 things ordered.. first pic for reference; got the text saying that there was supposed to be more to go find out what happened; walked back in the man in charge said he didn’t have the flowers which was understandable 🤷🏻‍♀️ I get it, it definitely happens he ends up giving me 2 teddy bears and 4 balloons second pic and a refund for the flowers.. it shouldn’t have been me acknowledging the fact that I was missing items from my order as a business you’re supposed to make sure you at least tell me🙄 thankfully my husband told me to go back and talk to someone or he would’ve just wasted money.. maybe cause it’s Friday.. maybe it’s cause you had Brain fog, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here, pay a small business and get above and beyond service
