I love the store very clean and some cashiers are very nice. They help me but the only thing I don't like is the younger manager. He stands on the door or closer to the door and gives people a mean look. He makes me feel uncomfortable. He makes me think if I am stealing something. I am a customer for years. They should change him. Put a new one that is friendly and cares.

Was browsing with a friend today, I was approached by a man who was wearing a Kohls ID "Jeremy Store security for kohls" the gentleman stated, "You guys ok? Are you finding everything that you need today?" After replying that I was good, the man proceeded to maintain close proximity with me and step aside as if he was blocking my movements . When I had asked him if everything was ok, his response Was extremely unexpected; "I know who you are I know what you do and you'd be best if it you left now and never returned to this store again." When I asked him why he was saying that to me, he refused to speak, I asked to talk to the manager for clarification, He proceeded to direct me towards Eleanor. Awkwardly, she insisted she was not the manager but instead it was "Joseph" who was the assigned manager of the day. I asked for some privacy for our discussion, to decrease fellow customers from having to hear but was not provided sadly. Instead it was in the mens clothing dept Near the long check out line that was 10-15 customers long within earshot. At this time the first man, Jeremy spoke up and stated he had seen me frequently in last few weeks in store, and of being someone who frequently ran out of the stores emergency exit with stolen merchandise in arms. I was speechless, I attempted to explain that he clearly had to have had me confused With someone else as I had never in my life stolen anything, much less in the manner he was describing. Or even knew where on earth the emergency exits are. When I had told the manager how unacceptable this accusation was, all he said was he was going to tell the guy to apologize, the security employee Of kohls Jeremy returned and stated "im sorry you're crying, and im sorry for making you cry" I begged him to go review whatever security footage he had and he would see he was extremely in wrong and had me confused. He said no he wasn't going to do that and then walked away. I have never been more embarrassed and disrespected in my life.thank god I was able to initiate recording on my cell phone, I was also able to record this entire incident. I know I didn't deserve To be embarrassed and treated like this and if a resolution is not able to be made I will be seeking legal counsel. No one deserves to be wrongfully accused and criminally profiled Without any evidence Or proof the way this stores personnel did today.
