The building is old, the clearly upgraded the rooms. But it has a long way to go .The extracting fan in the bathroom is super dirty. The hotel location is perfect. But I will not recommend to someone with kids. Do I feel safe here? NO! The window rays of light is too much for me.The front desk staffs are amazing 👏

Looks nothing like pictures. Bums there all the time. Seems like a place that books rooms for 30min at a time. Cobwebs in the room. Carpet has to have come from the landfill. I cant believe how dirty this place is. °Bonus, people scan into your room randomly. How's that for safety? Chuck Norris would be afraid to stay here. Sleep in your car, please.

Didn’t have a great experience. Manager was on a power trip and does not know how to deescalate situations. More like an upgraded motel, walls are super thin so if you have kids definitely would not recommend. Plenty of other places to stay in Modesto.

This was our 1st time staying here. The check-in process was wonderful. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful. From the outside it don't look very nice since but they have been under construction for some time now. Our room was really nice and clean. There were a few things of why I gave 4 stars and not the 5. 1.)The front door stuck and we had too push it shut, it had looked like it had a previous breakin. 2.) The bed frame stuck out which was odd. 3.) The water in both sinks went down slow so I pulled the stopper and it was black and full nasty hair. 4.) House keeping isn't doing a good enough job cleaning, when I took a bath I had no choice but to stare under the toilet area and I was horrified with urine and dust sitting there.. 5.) There was also dirt smudges on the front and back of the bathroom door. 146 is the room. Hotel description says the rooms are disinfected daily. That is not possible. Next time I stay I will inspect my room more thoroughly.
