Made reservation over the phone for a stay in Sept 2022. Staff was very friendly and accommodating . With the uptick in Camping after the Covid nightmare the staff was at times harried but handled it with aplomb. We had stayed there many times before so it was a no brainer to go back there. Pro Tip- leave early Sunday morning for travel . We did and had zero traffic with no Trailer truck traffic at all. Came from Western Mass. We arrived at 10 am to the campground and the campers on our site hadn't left yet. We knew check in was 2 pm but wanted to beat traffic. The staff informed us that next time we come down to call when on Rte 6 to check status so then they can direct you to the National Seashore or similar to avoid hassles. Check in was a breeze aided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sites are mostly pull thru and level so not much fuss. Very well laid out campground and sites numbered based on the road . That is Gull road will be G 1 ,G2 etc. Sites toward end are most spacious and best for privacy. Driving in from rte 6 is an easy right turn getting out not so much. Even in Sept traffic was heavy. There are traffic lights on each side so taking a left out of driveway is very dicey . Staff said lots of accidents right near campground as people really fly on that road so hard to head towards Orleans with a camper in tow. Instead they recommend taking a right go to next light and take a left which brings you right back to 6 . Hope this makes sense . Campground was quiet as a mouse at all times as mostly in Sept it was retirees that stayed there and always went to bed early. No screaming babies or yappy teenagers at all. What a relief . Dogs however were somewhat of an issue . Some dogs just barked and one owner left their dog in the camper while they went away so it was barking at anything that moved. This is not the campgrounds fault but 100% on the owners . Campground is right next to Arnold's which is one of the best restaurants on the Cape. You can walk or bike to it and highly recommended. Campground is right on the Cape Cod Rail trail . We utilized that trail daily with our EBikes . What a treat it was . Restrooms were clean and had large fans blowing and music playing in the background . Showers were easy to use and clean with plenty of hot water. The attendants were riding around in golf carts constantly cleaning sites and answering questions so that was very handy. What else can I say except it's the best campground on the Cape for trailers and RVs Hope this helps.

Terrible RV park, sites are too close, musty smell around pads, you have to pay for dogs and then they complain about them. Staff is not friendly.

This is the nicest campground I’ve been to. Clean, organized, friendly and accommodating! We drove in on a Wednesday and just happened to pass AOC and popped in to see if they had any sites available. We would have taken one night even though we needed more but were happy to get whatever we could. It’s leading up to a holiday weekend, so they were pretty much booked up, but the staff went out of their way to find us the days we needed, AND a spot where we wouldn’t have to move each day! I wish we were staying longer than the 3 nights!! This is our first time to cape cod and were completely unaware of the pet restrictions. Once we realized the dog would be an issue we were so relieved to find this place!! The location is great, dog friendly. The facilities are extremely clean, laundry is on site and very cheap! Love it here and so glad we made the last minute decision to pop in!! Will be back!

What a wonderful place! My family of 5 stayed for a night (and loved the spots/playground/facilities) and are now storing our Winnebago with them through the winter. They could not be more accommodating!! Feel very lucky to have found such a great place on the Cape:)

I’m not sure what cool anyone was referring to. We do not have a pool on site. We do, however, have the most amazing beaches right down the street!
I’m sorry, we do not. We do however, have 2 on site rental trailers that are available by the week. You can see details on our website at www.atlanticoaks.com. If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 508-255-1437. Thanks.
We were about as far as one could get from the lodge and signal was strong and fast. They have repeaters throughout the park.

As long as you give us at least 14 days notice, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation there will not be a refund on the deposits.
We do offer a winter storage from November through April. Summer storage is in very limited quantities and is available on a first-come first served basis.
We have a number of tent sites throughout the park. I will agree with Johnathan that the better tenting is towards the back of the park, further from the road. Although, we have some very large tent sites up front for the more luxurious tents we’ve seen. All of our tent sites are basic and have only water, a fire pit, and a picnic table. We hope that you will come tent camping with us very soon! Enjoy!
I belive they do, we usually book Friday to Friday. Good idea to book well in advance, the place is great and popular.
We officially close Nov. 1st. We do have a few sites available until late December for self contained units only. Please call the office for more details about off season camping.

I’m sorry, but we do not carry the “jet boil“ fuel canisters. We carry Coleman propane canisters, and Maxx butane fuel canisters. I hope this helps.
