Can you ship a package COD ? Also, what happens if the recipient doesn’t pay ? Do the items get returned & the postage get refunded?

The FedEx pick up occurs between 3 and 4pm on all weekdays. Saturday pick up is for FedEx Express only and occurs between 10 and 11am.

Can I return things purchased through stores and delivered by UPS here?? What about FEDEX??

Yes, we do accept UPS as well as FedEx returns as long as they are packaged with a pre-affixed UPS or FedEx shipping label. We also offer the ability to purchase the necessary UPS or FedEx postage if a return label was not provided.
