This past weekend I boarded my dog while I traveled out of state. While there, they called to inform me that my adult dog lost a tooth. Since it is out of the ordinary, I asked them to please bag the tooth for when I take him to the vet and to send a picture of it to me so I can see which tooth it was and so I could send it to the vet before I got back to NC. I was never sent a picture of the tooth and it wasn’t in the bag with his belongings when I picked him up. When I asked them about it they said that they couldn’t find it but would call me the next day once they asked the employee who I spoke to about it that day. They never called me back and I had called them twice. Once for each of the two days following that. The second time I called, they told me they weren’t able to find it and now I have nothing to show the vet when I take him in.

Why are you asking them in a public forum? Call them and ask yourself.
You should call them directly for this, though Thanksgiving. Christmas, and spring break are regularly booked solid early.
