Marty, the owner, Is rude and unprofessional. We have shots for our animals and have the paperwork in hand and she canceled our reservation and yelled at us about it. It goes to show she must lose lots of business because of her nasty attitude. Beware, I would not let any animal ever visit this woman not put money in her pocket

The owners name is Marty. We reserved time with them to meet one of our dogs per the business. We have all shots and all paperwork in hand and Marty called and decided to raise her voice, scream and yell and tell me she is the owner and she was canceling our reservation. Sue was rude, egotistical and acted judgmental. She was completely out of line and everyone needs to know if they love their animals, so them a favor and do not take Them to Abbots.

I have a German Shepherd (Bear) who has really bad anxiety and is not a people person at all!! I always have a hard time leaving him for boarding. I left him for a week at Abbott's and he did better than I could have hoped for!! They left him alone when he didn't want to be bothered and also fed him his special diet that had to be refrigerated and warmed. I am very grateful to find a place that can cater to the special personality and dietary needs of your individual pet. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!
