My wife used to love shopping here but today she went in to shop for Mother’s Day cards and gifts. She was in there for at least 15-20 minutes before an employee even said something to her. However there were other people in the store at the same time (who don’t look like her)and the employees acknowledged them immediately. One of the employees was right beside my wife stocking shelves and still did not say anything to her. She did not experience good customer service at this location and probably will not be going back if this is how she will be treated.

Everything is set up nicely and always kept neat. I do wish they wouldn’t put all the most sought after squishmallows out all at once. That way, everyone could get a chance at getting one! Also, I was in there all of 5 minutes and was asked twice if I needed help finding anything which was pretty annoying… if I need help I’ll ask. It’s just as if someone is breathing down my neck and honestly makes me feel like leaving as quickly as possible. Maybe she was new, idk but it’s ok to ask once… more than that is an overreach and annoying just thought I would put that out there!
