I hate this place. They robbed me for over $1000 in power bills. Absolutly rediculous. Nobody's bill should be $500 a month!!

Please. Hire. Competent. People. I should not have to tell sometime to constantly speak up and it should not take over 30 minutes to start a service. Then be transferred to confirm it???? What was the point of the previous conversation???? Now we're going on 1 hour and apparently no one knows that the hell they are doing. How hard is it to take an address, a social security number and set up a time???? Stop wasting peoples time and make this process faster and easier without having to go online. Literally at the point now where were telling the representative that we have to get off the phone and that this is taking too long and they're still dragging it out. Seriously Duke what is wrong with you??!!!!!!

Duke energy had a profit of 17 billion$ in the year 2021 thieves! It only cost them 3 billion to run the entire company in 2021. tell me that does sound like a thief?

They will tell you what their hours usually are however their phone does not reflect that. it is now Monday January 3rd and their recording still says they are closed for the holiday. Meanwhile the weather is very stormy and we have intermittent power outages but no response from them. If you need motivation to go solar Duke is it
