This company picks up the dumpsters at our apartment complex. They constantly make pickups at 3-4am in the morning, even though City of Charlotte code makes it illegal to make front load dumpster pickups between 9pm and 7am. They have been asked repeatedly to stop, but they continue to do it waking up tons of residents in the middle of the night. I'm literally typing this at 4:15am because they woke me up. Blatant disregard for their customers and the law!

Exit off 485 onto W. W. T. HARRIS. LARGE TRUCK PROCEEDS TO PULL OUT INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE 485 EXIT JUNCTION, CAUSES SUDDEN APPLICATION OF BRAKES FROM RIGHT OF WAY VEHICLES. LIGHT FOR RJ WASTE AND RECOVERY WAS RED (AT RIGHT TURN). NO SAFE LANE CLEARANCE WAS AVAILABLE AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CUT ACROSS 2 FULL LANES AT JCT INTERSECTION. HAZARDOUS AND UNSAFE DRIVING MEASURES WITH COMPLETE DISREGARD TO TRAFFIC RULES OR SAFETY.

Truck had garbage coming out of it on 85 north causing property damage to unit. Attempted for a week to reach owner to handle my claim. Still nothing. Now got a lawyer involved and going after the DOT for safety violation. Should have not lied to me to begin with.
