Very bad. Very very bad. Pls don’t go there. All they care is to get money from you and they don’t even want to hear your needs. Run away! ps: They keep replying to the reviews here that they care and they are not like that but they kicked me out as a customer, coz I wanted to change a doc and their didn't allow it. They even said they will call police on me if I will not leave. I felt so hurt, I came to them coz I needed help not to be called police on me:(

I also wish I had other options. Just the scheduling of the first appointment has already gotten two lies, two unanswered calls, and three text messages sent to the ether. Updated. And appointment cancelled. I can't prove it's retaliation for an accurate account of my experiences, but the timing is suspicious. Another update -Just spoke to them, can confirm retaliation. Not only are they disorganized, they punish you for pointing it out.

Incredible experience right from the start of this journey. I went into this very nervous and unsure and was met with nothing but kindness. Gregor was very patient and reassuring with me over the phone and got me scheduled as early as possible, cheers to roots and their awesome staff.
