Very nice place with very nice a helpful staff. We rented an airbnb that turned put to be terrible so we ended up at Américas Best hotel for the night and we were so grateful to be there!

Positive: The staff was extremely helpful and the location was excellent. Negative: The pool was drained and not available even though it is listed as having a pool. Also our air conditioner in the room did not work

Horrible, staffs are sometimes racist. No pool whatsoever (fake advertisement), I hear noises every night. Some rooms come without microwave and refrigerator. The coffee in the morning is good tho. Only hot tub is available.

The place is quaint & a bit dated (rustic mountain cabin vibe) which actually ends up being perfect. The ninetys border across the top of the room & the cramped quarters were my only complaint. The photography skills used in the pics online were impressive, the room was fine though, quickly heated up, the shower is tiny as well, for someone really tall, you might want to hit up someplace else, but I think its kind of a Tahoe thing....great vibes truly. Hot tub was great, could have been better if it was more clean. Im super picky about hot tubs, so keep that in mind. Overall, I highly reccommend.
