It's not a place to help. It's a place to circulate money through. No help nothing. Just some half trained staff that does nothing for the community. Unless you need to vote. They send out letters telling you they take you so you vote demonrat. What about doing the real job and maybe help people. Heck maybe take them to say a doctor's appointment. I think that's more appropriate than the polls.

The mother is getting the benefits?..If that's the case you need to contact them immediately,since the support is for your children not her..You should go after the mother for support..Yes I believe women should have to pay as well..women say they want equality,that goes for all aspects not some.Good luck to you.You will probably have to show proof that your children are in your household.If they don't already know .

You can call your worker. And if you need to see some one in person they will schedule a time for you to come in to the lobby and they will come out and talk to you. Must wear a mask to do so.
You will need to contact the Social Security Office which is over on Cottonblossum Ln. I suggest using the toll free number in the phone book to set up an appointment first though you can certainly just walk in to see someone.

Section 8 is offered through Housing Authority in Gaston County.
Contact Social Security office, they will verify your information and can mail you a replacement card. You can also go by their office and request in person.
Not on outside of building. There is a drop box just inside the doors, that is available during business hours only.
There are 2 distinct programs, Family & Childrens and Adult Medicaid. Adult Medicaid is for persons age 65+, blind or disabled. Both programs can possibly cover hospice services. I would suggest you go by and sit with an application worker to allow them to explain the specific programs and requirements.
No, you just need to budget and make them last until March in hopes the shutdown will be resolved.
