Flynn Fellowship Homes

This is a supportive residential facility that helps adult men who have just completed inpatient treatment or who are currently in out patient treatment for substance use disorders. This is a suggested six month program that is centered on 12 step study and abstinance. We suppport these people and give them structure and understanding while they make the changes necessary to live a better life sober.

That's generally the process.

It is a home for men coming out of detox for problems with alcohol. The living period is 6 months and includes reaponsibilities such as cleaning your room, cleaning the kitchen, five mandatory AA meetings a week and the procurement of full-time work, which must allow you to be off by 6. You are asked to participate in service work and to assist the Houseman with small tasks. You have a large amount of time to learn and study the Big Book of AA. The three current staff members are all active in AA and professional, along with being a joy to be around and talk with. I recommend the house to anyone looking to get serious about being sober that needs a little extra push/structure.
