I wish I could give this apartment complex a higher review because while we lived there it was great. The maintenance team is always on the top of their game and super friendly, Carlos a Josh specially. However, pet owners beware. We were charged to replace carpet that they said had pet stains and we were told the apartment had a smell at the move out inspection, which is crazy because they actually did two move out inspections and I was only there for one even though I requested to be at the final inspection to dispute anything like that. The only grounds they had as evidence was photos of when the carpet was pulled up during the final inspection that showed stains, but no signs of the stains being from pet damage as they were saying. I showed their photos to a professional in the carpeting industry who was the one that told me there was no way the stains they were claiming were pet stains came from our cat. As far as the smell, we had one cat in the apartment and she has never went anywhere other than her litter box and we had over 10 people in our apartment during our move that I questioned and they all said there was no smell. I requested to speak with the supervisor and of course that is when their responses stopped and they sent our account to collections. We would have been more than willing to clean the carpet in stained areas because we had two messy kids in there apartment and were expecting that, however the stains they are blaming on our cat are questionable due the carpets not being pulled up after the previous two tenants moved out. They saw us having an animal in the apartment as means to charge us for ridiculous things and you would think if our cat peed in the apartment she would have done the same in the last, especially since we got her as a kitten while living there and had to house train her, but that wasn’t an issue at our previous residence. We enjoyed our time at the apartment, but we wish that the move out would have been a different experience so we could rate and review them as so.

What a great team they have here at Matthew Grande! Josh is so awesome and always on top of things when something in maintenance needs to be done ! The new property manager is the best one yet !

The maintenance guys here are awesome. Josh has been to check out my furnace twice and it's been within 30 minutes of the work order being done. Always very friendly and courteous. This is a great place to live.

They are the worst, they look for the 5 paw to the cat so as not to return the deposit. They told me that they are going to charge even the little holes in the wall. They found a little hole in the floor of the exit to the balcony, a little hole that we didn't make. Due to a scratch on the ugly plastic floor they tell me that maybe they are going to have to change the whole floor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX. THEY DON'T GIVE A GOOD DEAL. I'M SURE THEY WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT.
