I have been getting shakes and teas from them for the past 3 1/2 years off and on. They NEVER disappoint, they have a very friendly atmosphere and service is fast. Don't know what to get or how their system works?? Just ask they will educate you on whatever you need to know. Highly recommended!

Yes we do. We coach people to help them get the result they want on their weight loss journey. All our smothies are low glycemic. We have a number of diabetics who visit us daily.
What we provide here is a way for people to get the nutrition they need and keep it at a reasonable price. All our programs are geared to the individuals needs. We are a private club and therefore we don't accept insurance.
