Our toilets was backing up into the house - figured out it was the pipes that were the responsibility of the town. Called them at 11pm on a Friday night - they had someone here by 11: 45. He was very pleasant got as much of the tree root out of the pipes as he could - the town was here first thing Monday morning digging up the concrete and fixing the pipes - next day the guys were here pouring tut concrete. Everyone was very nice - very informative. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all involved !!

No major complaints besides the fluctuations in the billing. Other than that, I usually go in person, and now with Covid, I autopay.

The man came today to turn my water on without me being there and when I come home he was leaving I open my door and my freaking floors are underwater thanks sidia Concord

Concord utility department has done a horrible job at correcting a blackout problems in the Logan community they have done a shoddy job time and time again doing work on the powerlines and having the same issues for over a month. A loud bang and a recurring blackout in the Logan community. Something must be done
