This place was an amazing experience for me and my fur children. All three of my dogs always coming out looking great and smells amazing. The environment is very professional and relaxing. This will be my permanent dog groomer. If anyone leaves a bad review for this team they were probably held too close to the microwave as a kid because their mom hated them. I would say I’m a difficult customer at times because I’m very protective of my fur children and I’m just greeted with kindness and professionalism. Absolutely no complaints here, keep up the 5 star service lotus pet spa.

This was the 1st time my puppy has been groomed. He didn't like the dryer or the clippers but he looks so good!!! I'm sure he will like it better as time goes on.
