June 2022. Food was okay, but I guess the taste is consistent. Ordered the bbq ribs with mashed potatoes and a side of coleslaw. The portion for the coleslaw is very small. The mashed potatoes are not good. The ribs are consistent with other locations.

Gave me food poisoning I order bourbon chicken and mashed potatoes and a steak and broccoli steak was done asked for medium the chicken tasted funny like grill cleaner . My guest and I was last ones at table 12. Was 52.00 order tipped sj 18 great server

Seriously every time we go here they are rude! Order is wrong every single time, why we do get is cold and food is slim to none!! I’m paying full price for half the quantity and quality! The chips are beyond salty and oily, can’t even fill up a cup of dip, and everything is ice cold! Get it together Applebees!

I am not a complainer, for the most part, but I felt like my dining experience today needed to be documented and spoken on. Thr food was delicious and I was ready for it, but then looking up and thinking you see black mold only to realize it is actually thick dust hanging off the ceiling and not in a tiny patch, but in a plate sized area. Then looking around more and asking yourself do they even clean? The light that was hanging above our food, dust on it, enough to leave a trail from my finger. Yuck. Over top of my food. I lost my appetite. The window next to our booth had fingerprint marks, smudges, streaks of gross and the restaurant had only been open maybe 35 minutes and we had been there at least 20 mins of it and our booth hadn't been sat in yet. So, again, I ask do they clean? Even the emergency flood lights or whatever had dust visibly seen from our angle. I have included pictures. This is not okay. I cldnt enjoy the food, which again was delicious, because there was a visible layer of dust above my head just waiting to fall. Nope. DO BETTER APPLEBEES. You had just opened. It shld have been clean.
