This place was crowded. The drive through line was moving slowly, couldn't get our order in after 20 min, so we left. We usually love Sonic.

I asked the teenager if my order was complete. She said yes but we didn't get the full order. I just don't understand where the accountability is. On a good note, my niece said her cheeseburger was delicious!

Okay so this Camby Sonic is like slow. Always slow, 5+ minutes at the drive thru usually. But understaffing happens and that's not the kids faults. However, tonight I waited in line for over 20 minutes, with 10+ minutes at the ordering spot with zero communication from employees. I could see one girl actually walking stuff to parked cars, but nothing out of the menu. I spoke up every minute or so to ask if someone was there. As I got frustrated enough to drive away I see three employees just standing by the pickup window, staring at the cars go by without a care in the world. What an atrocious experience.

Easter Sunday... no one is getting orders or served. We have ordered and sitting here 25 minutes.. car in between got theirs 20 minutes ago. Van at windows still waiting as well... Tons of cars have came and left due to the time. Where is management? Lady got out of her vehicle with a load of kids... their wait I am sure is longer ... They just left .. Owner of this Sonic lost a load of money today... we are leaving like the rest 🙄Why is Sonic even here if they can't serve the orders? Nothing new but waiting now over a half hour waiting to pay is so wrong 🤬Worst Sonic ever 🙄
